Sounds of joy! It's almost the weekend! Why all the happiness? Because on the weekend, when nothing gets done, it doesn't matter. Guilt free lazing. Hours of leisure, passed at whatever activity grabs my attention. Pizza on Saturday night. Dinner in 30 minutes with a minimal effort. Dial. Order. Wait. Pour a beer. Add lemonade. Drink shandy. Be a little bit buzzy by the time the pizza arrives. Scarf whilst watching the telly.
After a good church service on Sunday, followed by some fellowship, more relaxing. Doing family things. Getting whipped at Monopoly. Laughing.
Ah. The weekend.
